HELP! The website isn't showing up!

  • I’m not sure if I’m using the latest version, but I think so because if I remember correct I upgraded to the latest version at the beginning of last week.

    However, I have a problem now! The site isn’t showing up. The website is https://www.doviana.se, but all you can see is all white. IT used to show all the contents I have in the WordPress-template. But now it shows nothing. When I log in to my MyPHP in the one.com then I can’t notice anything wrong. All information and contents are there. The FTP is working fine. But the site won’t show up.

    Any idea why and what I should do? And by the way, when I login to my wordpress, then I can’t login at all. The link seems to work, but it doesn’t show anything at all. Therefore, I can’t log in to see what’s wrong either.

    So I’d appreciate all the help that can be provided!

  • It must be a plugin issue. Through FTP rename plugins folder to plugin and see if the site comes back. If so, visit the plugins page, then rename plugin back to plugins. Try activating plugins one by one and checking the site as well in the process until you figure out which plugin caused the site to go down.
