So I just installed the new WordPress platform on my website, everything went fine and then the next day I get this error:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end, expecting ‘)’ in /home/content/b/r/o/********/html/******/wp-load.php on line 52

Is there a way to repair this? And if not, how do I safely reinstall my WordPress platform without wiping out my posts and comments?

Nope, the only thing I installed was the new version of WordPress.

How do I connect to the php my admin? When I go to my dashboard it gives me the same error. Were those things that were backed up part of the backed up files that my WordPress made me download? (I use the automatic WordPress installation plugin)
