    Help!
    Today after updating mailpoet3 we got the following message:
    “Your key is not valid
    Your MailPoet Sending Service key is already used on another site”
    And on our staging website, the key appeared as activated, even if mailpoet was then not active!!! I tried to remove it, but to no avail. Furthermore, on the staging website there is no real email address… (automatically staging was added to the send email, but not by us).
    I went back to the production website, tried to send an email to reactivate it, but to no avail: the plugin says A test email was sent to —- (this is our authorised email – I tried the two authorised emails) but we received nothing.
    We have been using mailpoet for a long time, never had any problem…
    (apart from database error connections)
    I sent a ticket to support but they are still to answer and because all our emails are managed by mailpoet, this is urgent… :(((
