@esmi Thank you so much. That is a great post and a good website. I subscribed to it after looking around.

I found the owner of the site on Whois.com and sent an email to his gmail account. It did not bounce back so maybe it really went somewhere. He also has his FB and Twitter links on the site so I both posted to his site and tweeted an @ to him. We’ll see what happens.

Interestingly, he is in NSW, Australia – in Surry Hills. My niece is in Sydney and her husband is a lawyer. Hopefully I will not need to use that sort of weight. I even have a very close friend who is a copyright lawyer in Sydney.

    Thanks again for your help.

Content theft is very common. Before getting a lawyer involved, which may be time consuming and expensive, if he doesn’t respond, you can try contacting his host provider. This would be a violation of TOS; though not guaranteed they will shut him down, it has been effective for some.

Thanks Gabe. That is going to be my next step – to see if I can just shut him down. It looks to me like he has everything automated with a bot doing the work. I wrote a post yesterday about this and have some links at the bottom about how to track some of this stuff and even prevent it. A couple of the links have step by step instructions on how to find the host and contact them.
