Help! Site won't load after auto update

    Hi,

    Please I need help on my WordPress website. Got an email today that my website had Ben automatically updated to version 3.9.2 and Since then I’ve not been able to access my admin page or even my website either.
    Thank you for your help in advance.

    I can see your website.

    If you still can’t access your Dashboard, try manually resetting your plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

    If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via FTP or SFTP, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

    I seem to be having the same problem after this auto update, however, I get the same error when trying to login to my cpanel – Server isn’t responding. Won’t load on my other devices either. Any suggestions on how to fix?

    That means your server is offline, you need to contact your hosting provider.
