Help! Site loading extremely slow and I can't login into Admin

  • I am having difficulties accessing my hosted site front-end and back-end, I loads extremely slow. This started yesterday and I also cannot login to the WP-admin. Tells me username is incorrect.

    I also noticed the navigation on the front-end has disappeared. I have tried disabling plugins from PHPmyAdmin but no luck still.
