    Hi,

    ‘Reset’ is applied to all roles and removes any new roles, created by other plugins or themes. May it is the reason of error 500. Try to remove all subdirectories from the ‘plugins’ folder temporary. This should deactivate all plugins. Then check if you may login to your blog. After successful login you may return plugins directory content back and activate your plugins back one by one.

    If you still can not login, please let me know.
