    I set up the page, did a test sale, everything went fine. We did a fundraising campaign – no sales recorded although I did get an email from paypal that the purchase I made (at the end of the program) went through. But it’s not recorded either. There were a lot of “trash” transactions but no details in them at all. One person had an ‘Nance security check error” on their mobile phone, but I wasn’t able to reproduce the error. It’s too late to test and perfect, the program is done. Is there any way to get names/email/etc?

    I appreciate you taking the time to reply – unfortunately it doesn’t help because the damage is done and I’m trying to find out if there’s a way to get the data but I guess that’s not possible.

    If it hadn’t worked when I first set it up I could have done this test. But, the failure (which was complete) happened after testing and now the sales period is over.

    I understand what you mean. I just thought of sharing these instructions to help you carry out another test. But this time following our documentation. This might help you understand the process and also to make sure that it does work.

    I’m having the exact same problem. I’ve been using this plugin for years, but for some reason the last few sales haven’t been registering on my cart orders, and I’ve not been receiving any email notification of these sales.

    The only notification I get is the email from PayPal to confirm an order was received (thankfully with all the details).

    I’m not having an issue receiving emails sent via our contact form, only for orders. I’ve recently added WP Mail SMTP to see if this would help, but it hasn’t.

    I set up a test, and the customer also ONLY receives the PayPal notification of the order too.

    Can you advise what has happened?
