Help Rewrite URL

  • Hi Guys,

    Im using your plugin to host images using Amazon S3 via Cloudfront.

    Im currently using a premium theme where users can upload a profile image.

    When I have the Rewrite Url ENABLED for some reason users, the images upload to the backend, but dont show on the users profile (Like it never uploaded), but when I disable rewrite it does work, image uploads normally.

    What can be causing this?

    It sounds like the theme isn’t using standard WordPress functions for handling those custom profile images.

    Best bet is to contact the theme author and see if they can help, if not, and you have a WP Offload Media license, please drop us a line via the plugin’s “Support” tab and we’ll help you debug the issue.
