HELP resizing Youtube video inside Hatch theme

I’ve search and tried for hours: exasperated… When I resize my video it shows at the same large size –taking up the whole width of my post page. Looks awful: I need the video to display much smaller, but the theme doesn’t seem to allow any size dimension changes. What is the work around? Thanks!
