  • You can add

    Disallow */page

    to the robots.txt file

If you use some kind of SEO plugin, usually they allow that options too.

    Hi,

i’m using google xml site map generator, wordpress automatically generates the robot.txt file, here how my robot.txt looks

    User-agent: *
    Disallow: /wp-admin/
    Disallow: /wp-includes/

    Sitemap: https://techpopular.com/sitemap.xml

in sitemap only URL are present, and it never shows up the page number and all.
Along with this i don’t no how wp-admin page got indexed, can you please tell me what i have to do exactly now.

A simpler way will be using a plugin like

    All in One SEO

select to check in the “Use noindex for Archives” checkbox.
