Help required

Hey,

As my brother for a partner in crime we decided to look into a new idea for an online service for Namibia. Our previous sites have been WordPress but i am just getting into the coding side of everything.We want our next website to give our visitors the ability to send emails as an email advert in HTML with pics and header etc. we want it to be similar to Mailchimp with packages and possibly scheduled sending but at better prices. when these adverts are sent we want it to appear on the site in categories similar to a classified section to which users can subscribe. if possible we would also like to allow the advertisers to send the email to both the subscribers and a list that they can add during the process. We think this might help to get more visitors and subscribers to the site.

I have also looked at plug ins that will allow me to manage a store for digital items like WordPress content or anything digital. I am still searching for a solution to allow members to sell only digital items and for every sale i would get 1 or 2 percent of the item price.

Does anyone have some idea where we can start with this project or where we might go for assistance?
