    I need to know why “Comments Closed” is all of a sudden showing up on my pages. More importantly how to get rid of it!? lol

  • Try editing the relevant template file in your theme and replacing

    <?php comments_popup_link( [ some code ] );?>

    with

    <?php if('open' == $post->comment_status) : ?>
    <?php comments_popup_link( [ some code ] );?>
    <?php endif;?>
