    I have rightly configured the DHL plugin for my client, yet no delivery options are displayed upon checkout. Am I doing something wrong? Irrespective of what address is entered on the checkout form, the shipping section of the checkout says: “There are no shipping options available. Please ensure that your address has been entered correctly, or contact us if you need any help.”

    Is this something you can look at, please?

    Is may happen for the following reasons.

    1) Configuration problem.
    2) Product weight is not defined.

    Please send an email to [email protected]. Then our developer will check the issue on your site.

    I can see from here that some products’ weight wasn’t defined.
