Website loads on all browsers except Microsoft Edge/Explorer

We recently noticed that our website only fully loads as it should on Chrome and Mozilla Firefox, but not Edge or Internet Explorer. We’ve tried this on many different computers, and it is the same result. On Edge and Explorer only the very top portion appears, ex. the header “Norchem” and the menu options, but nothing else will load and the menu options load nothing either after clicking. I called for support through my host, BlueHost, but they said they couldn’t help and that I should call Microsoft… well, as many who have dealt with Microsoft support know – that was a dead end. No help, no solutions.

My last resort for support is hopefully through WP – is there a missing plugin? Is something not updated? Has this happened to anyone else before?

This issue has persisted for many months, any advice is welcomed.
