Help! Profile won’t let me add Item Condition

    Hi, there is no drop-down option to add the condition of my item. So, I am receiving this error,

    Error: Item condition required (#21916884)
    Condition is required for this category.

    How do I fix this?

    This Error: Item condition required (21916884)

    In order for a condition to show you must select a primary eBay category in the listing profile first. Each category on eBay allows for different conditions. So without selecting what category you are listing to, WP-Lister cannot provide the conditions that are available for use. So make sure you have selected a primary eBay category, then check the condition drop down again. If it still fails to work, try removing the eBay category selected, select it again, then check the condition field again.

    It will also help to try refreshing your account details. To do this simply visit WP-Lister > Settings > Accounts > Click “Refresh details”.
