HELP! Products & pages all disappeared!

Try:
Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks, then click save, twice.

Thanks! the main WordPress dashboard doesn’t have a permalinks and the WooCommerce one- just tried it and didn’t work…

Permalinks is not in the WooCommerce menu, you must be looking at something else.

Permalinks is in the main Dashboard menu, under Settings, at or near the bottom. If you don’t see it, perhaps you don’t have rights. Do you have the Administrator role on your site?

yes i do– found it but still not working…

OK, next:
Dashboard > WooCommerce > Settings > Status > Tools tab – click the 2 clear transients buttons. Any difference?

Right now the only way I can find any of my products is to use search. I can search the item on the page but the link to the actually product leads to ‘page not found’ for example peppermint tea

But Peppermint (and all other products) are not on the pages as they were yesterday morning…

Do you remember any changes made to your categories themselves?
E.g. check Products >> Categories. Are all categories visible there and show a product count?

You’ve tried the easy things, next I would check for a plugin or theme conflict. Take a backup of your site. Deactivate all plugins (deactivate, don’t delete) and switch to the Storefront theme. Do pages and products show now? If so, switch theme and plugins back in one-by-one and test to try to identify which software element is causing the problem.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
