[Help] Product Inquiry Cart

Dear WordPress Experts,
I need a help please. I have given a Woocommerce wordpress website, I want to make this theme for inquiry base website. I mean for now this theme is fully functional for online shop but I don’t want to keep payment system but I want to keep Shopping Cart. So people can add multiple products into shopping cart and then can send inquiry for selected products to my email.

Let me explain more: if some one visit my website and visitor will be able to add multiple products into shopping cart, once visitor selected desired product then click on view cart and there will be an inquiry form, visitor will be filling the form and visitor’s selected products will be emailed to me.

Can anybody help me please to make this theme for inquiry base website with shopping cart but no payment system?
