HELP!! Product content completely erased without motivation!!!

  • Problem with the last version 2.6.1
    when we insert a new product some time happen that it’s content is totally erased! I mean title, product name and Product short description, BAD BAD BAD…

    So we have to re do the works.

    This version have big big Bugs!
    Please fix them urgently!

    Your site may have a bug/conflict but the new release does not. Otherwise there would be more reports and people shouting at me than just you ??

    Explain what you mean by the content erases. See if it affects other post types like posts. See if you can replicate it on other browsers. There is no issue on any store i’ve tested on.

    Also to note, the backend product interface is for the most part powered by WordPress, but WooCommerce.

    Means that all the text content of the products page is eased… each
    descriptions and tabs, products title too.

    We found it on Chrome. Today we will continue with other browser tests.
    I hope that this happen only once.

    TBH this sounds more like a connection issue during saving. I don’t see how WC itself could just discard all content like this.
