Help posts show ellipsis and not expanding

I’ve used this plug-in on dozens of client sites and love it and know how it works. I have a site I’ve recently added it to and no matter if it’s one of the parent posts (remote) or newly added to the site, they all show with the 3 dot ellipsis meaning MORE but it’s not clickable or expandable. So none of the posts in Help are displaying fully. I’ve compared with another site that is working fine. They both have WP 5.3.2, in php 7.x and the same version of the same theme (Divi). They both have Classic Editor installed. I’ve tried w/o Classic Editor just in case. No difference. And of course I’ve cleared caches.

I’m quite puzzled. I’ve only checked the three sites. But it appears all my sites are OK except the one. I included a site link but since you’d need to be logged in to see the issue, I doubt that’s helpful.
