HELP – Posts missing from WP

  • Hi,
    I have 10 days of posts missing from my wordpress site. zsome other changes have been lost as well as some pictures.
    I have gone into myPHPadmin and the posts are completely gone from the wp_posts table.

    Any suggestions?
