help: plugin works on my server but not the client server

  • Hello all. I have a plugin that is a single file, the file as .txt is here:

    You can rename the file to .php and upload it to your wordpress sandbox. It works fine on my sandbox, PHP 5 on dreamhost. Unfortunately on the server I am actually developing my client’s site, it doesn’t work at all. If I activate the plugin, the site stops displaying completely. No markup or anything. I can’t figure out, for the life of me, why this plugin fails on that server… the server has PHP 5 too. If anyone can look at the plugin and see what I’ve done wrong, I would really appreciate it. Thanks in advance.
