Help – Plugin Not Installing

    Hi

    Can someone give me some guidance to a non technical person? I want to download the Genesis Easy Columns plugin but when I do this I get this message

    PCLZIP_ERR_MISSING_FILE (-4) : Missing archive file ‘C:\Windows\TEMP/genesis-easy-columns.tmp

    I recently swapped from a Windows PC to a Mac so could this be a reason I am getting this message? If so, how can I resolve this error message?

    I am sorry to hear about the trouble you are having. Which hosting company are you using? I am assuming you are using a Windows server?
