Hi, I installed this plugin not realizing that it required a higher version of PHP than I have. Now I can’t uninstall the software. Is there a way to get it uninstalled? When I try to deactivate it, I get a blank white screen.

My webhost refuses to allow me to change my PHP version, which would have been the simple solution.

You’ll have to log in via ftp and remove or rename the folder to get it deactivated programmatically.

Now, my question is ending up being why it crashed on you, as we try to prevent loading everything if the PHP version number isn’t high enough.

Can you let us know what version you’re presently running?

Any changes or followup for this one akrakar01?
