Help – Pluggin?? needed…

  • Hi guys I am new to word press and looking for a solution to a very specific item. I need to create a blog where I can give somone specific access to post videos but not everyone. I would prefer to be able to have this person (he is very non tech) record his videos from his webcam directly into the blog (maybe flash api or Java) does this exist?

    The second thing is he would like to be able to time delay these video posts. in other words if he is doing a weekly video blog but knows he has a bussy month he wants to be able to do 4 videos on the first week and then have the other videos AUTO post based on the next upcoming weeks. is this possible?

    HOW?
