help pls – moving site caused problems with WPPA

    Hello everyone,

    I need your help – I move the website to a new Domain and Hoster.
    Now I get errors when clicking a WPPA Gallery:

    the errormsg is:

    Warning: file_exists(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/mnt/webm/a1/13/529013/htdocs/WordPress_02/wp-content/uploads/wppa-source/album-8/2013-06CirrusnebelHD.jpg) is not within the allowed path(s): (/www/htdocs/w0117187/:/tmp:/usr/bin:/www/htdocs/w0117187:/bin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/share/php) in /www/htdocs/w0117187/Wordpress_neue_Homepage/wp-content/plugins/wp-photo-album-plus/wppa-utils.php on line 1488

    anyone an idea how to fix the problem?

    Do the following:

    – Install and activate plugin Tweak Option

    – Open Tweak option on the wp Tools menu

    – Scroll down to option wppa_source_dir

    – Press Delete and confirm

    – AFTER THAT: Also delete options wppa_cached_options and wppa_cached_options_admin

    – Open the Photo ALbums -> Settings admin page.

    – Observe that the settingg in Table IX-H3 points to the right directory now.

    – Done!
