Help Please unable to change template

  • I have been struggling with my blog template setup. My blog https://www.ivwomen.com .The following are changes I need to do and need help :

    1) Delete (Skip to main content) (Skip to secondary content) on top of the header.

    2) move (search box) to top right side above the header image .

    3)move (home)(about) to top lift side above the header image .

    4)Have black line/bar on top of header image and in include (home)(about)(search) in it.

    5)have black line under header image.

    6)delete contents appearing in the site. And replace newone.

    Sorry esmi , I did not understand “link to page demonstrating the problem” do you mean style.ccs of the my blog template .
