• Ok, so far the people on the forums have helped me out with 2 great problems. Sorry if I sound like a newbie ( I am one!)
WHATEVER I do, my text will not wrap around the image.
    My main site is: https://www.izzile.com
I am trying to wrap text around a picture in any specific post, such as :
    https://izzile.com/zoom-h2-for-sale-review
But as you can see, I am unable to.
I do align left, and write in my edit post options, but nothing happens when I publish it (even though in the visual editor, it appears wrapped).
Any help will be GREATLY appreciated.
    Thanks,
    Swassh

  • The image does not have any align code. When you edit the post is the align code there or has it been striped out?

I think its automatically stripping it out- I do align it, but you’re right, it appears to have been stripped out. I’m going to re-check. In the mean time, any tips?

    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Ten theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

Ok, I manually inserted the align code, but it does not specifically wrap it around the image. It just aligns the text to the right, which is only part of what I want. Anyway to get a bunch of text to wrap around the image- I want to align the IMAGE to the right.
    Any tips?

And yes, I have. Plugins are not the problem at this point.

Your code should look like this
    <a href="https://izzile.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/06/H2_top-1.jpg"><img class="alignright size-medium wp-image-66" title="Zoom H2" src="https://izzile.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/06/H2_top-1-265x300.jpg" alt="Zoom H2" width="265" height="300" /></a>

Try placing this in the top 1/3 of the text and move as needed to adjust.

Plugins are not the problem at this point.

If the code is being stripped out it is likely some conflict in javascripts.

Thanks for the help, but it didn’t work. I’m an extreme noob, so its probably my problem: where exactly do I place this?
    I’ll keep on trying!

Place it in your text while in the text editor html view.

Also, the image has a lot of white space around it so cropping some of that out would help also.

Ok, thanks for the help. I’ll try.
