    Hello, I tried to deactivate the plug in but it seems stuck.. I shouldn’t have it displaying right now, nothing changed!
    I tried to move the floating bar to the left also.. nothing.

    Hello,

    Is this happening when you try to disable other plugins?
    I suspect that there is a Javascript error caused by another plugin and that prevents you to deactivate other plugins and make changes to Social Snap settings.
    Try disabling all plugins to check for plugin conflicts.

    Let me know if that helped or if you need me to look into this in more detail.

    Ok thank you,
    I removed the Social snap and it did the job.
    I would have kept it but I couldn’t choose to have the floating bar only on computers and not on smartphones……….

    There is an option to hide the Floating Bar on mobile devices. It is located in Social Snap ? Settings ? Social Sharing ??Floating Sidebar ? Hide on Mobile. You can see the option in the screenshot: https://imge.to/i/ghPet
