my website doesn't work anymore

    Hi, my website has been working for 3 years and few days ago suddenly disappeared…

    the home page doesn’t appear anymore but only a black page, in the dashboard the “gallery” section doesn’t exist anymore and all the plugins are gone!
    I didn’t do any modification before this mess, I only added some photos in one gallery as I usually do quite often as I’m a photographer and my site is about my work….
    Hope somebody can help me…I’m desperate!

    Hi Emanuela,

    Firstly, I would go into your FTP client, and disable the plugins, as one of them may be causing a conflict.

    To do this, open your FTP and log in. Navigate to wp-content, and then plugins. Disable each plugin by renaming the folder by putting ”disabled” after the name like this..

    This way, you can disable them and see if your site works after each one has been disabled.

    Give that a go and see if it works.
