Help Please installing plug ins

  • How do I instal a plug in please,I have uploaded the stats to my computer.
    But from there I am lost.
    I cant see where I can upload it to my blog and activate it.
    It is a hosted blog and I need to put several plugins on it ,but I cant even do the first .
    And where do I get a API key from please.
    I would appreciate some direction please.

    I see you haven’t gotten much help with this issue.

    Sorry, I wish I could help. I am looking for the same type help.

    I am having problems with trying to get a plugin so I can have a “Home Page” that Sticks.

    Do you know of one? I have been trying something from Semologic but with no success. I noticed your blog is new also, are you a member of Stompernet and trying to implement some of their suggestions?

    Maybe together we can get some help.
