Help Please > jQuery Integration to WP

Hello,

I’ve searched numerous places for the perfect plugin that could achieve what I want but am unable to find it. I need something to display a thumbnail filmstrip slider.

I downloaded jCarousel and customized it to fit my needs. I uploaded it to my website and its available here: https://wisekal.ca/slider/examples/special_thickbox.html

Now my question is, how can I place this into my WordPress website? Truthfully, I’d like to integrate it to where I could make posts and the thumbnails would appear in that scroller, but its way to hard and cannot figure it out.

So I thought the next best thing was to use a jQuery plugin like jCarousel, customize it and drop it in the template. Well, it’s apparently not as easy as I thought it’d be and really could use some help.

Are there tutorials I could read to help? Maybe a plugin that would give me the same effect with the link above?
