Help Please – Can you recommend theme to look like…

    Hi there

    Can anyone identify / recommend a FREE RESPONSIVE theme that looks similar to https://www.globalcarbonsystems.com. Specifically I am looking for the tab look and feel on the widgets with the rounded corners and shadow. I also need to be able to customise the theme.

    I have been browsing the wp themes for hours now – I’m sure there must be something out there!

    I’d be very grateful for some help.

    It has great support, many options and can be customized if it does not fit all your needs as is.

    I love suffusion theme ?? I was hoping there would be something closer to what I’m looking for, rather than so much customising… but I’ve installed suffusion in the meantime and been working through it.

    Do you have any idea where / how I could get the ‘tab’-looking post and widget headings that are on the other (sample) site – I’m guessing this would be a plugin and I’d have to create a background image?

    I don’t know off-hand of any plug-ins that would do that – but you could search around. Do you know any HTML and CSS? If so, it probably wouldn’t be too hard to modify the existing widget code to add a background image and the other relevant CSS. In the site you linked to, the “tab” with the title text is one image, and the “box” under that is another that repeats vertically so it adjusts to the height of the content in that widget.

    I’m no expert at html or css but I should be able to sort out what you’ve suggested (with a lot of experimenting :)). I’ll give it a try and let you know how it goes. (have to log off now so it’ll be some time over the weekend).

    Quick follow up – I landed up with suffusion theme and customising it to client’s satisfaction, all the similar elements are there but it definitely has a life of its own. We binned the idea of the tab image for the titles, which was quite a relief.
