HELP PLEASE!!! Blocking all links to my site

  • I have deactivated and even uninstalled the plugin and its still blocking site traffic. How do I fix this?

    Have you tried removing /home/content/p3nexnas05_data01/07/2121007/html/wp-content/object-cache.php?

    Thank you so much for the response. I am not sure how to do that. This is all like a foreign language to me. Is there a tutorial on how to do it somewhere online?

    Is there a caching plugin installed on the site? Can you try disabling that to see if the error goes away?

    I disabled all of my plugins, went to a different basic theme and it is still happening.Also, it seems to be working on some referring links now that it was not allowing yesterday, but others it is still blocking. How can this change? Does this make any sense?

    Can I delete the /home/content/p3nexnas05_data01/07/2121007/html/wp-content/object-cache.php if I gain ftp access? I don’t see this path anywhere.

    Yes, you can remove that file via FTP. I would suggest renaming it to object-cache.php.bak in case it’s needed by something else (and it’s not provided by my plugin).

    You can also delete the /home/content/p3nexnas05_data01/07/2121007/html/wp-content/plugins/block-refer-spam/ folder via FTP to completely rule that out.

    I did both of those suggestions and I am getting the same error. Any other ideas?
