HELP PLEASE! All links going to home page

    So i realized this is happening when i deactivate wp e-commerce. I deactivated it because all of my pages besides the home page and store pages were throwing in <body class=”error404 and messing up all my code..i reactivate wp-ecommerce and now all the links work but still the pages are messed up. please help if you have any idea!
