I can’t offer you any help with kubrick. It’s a complete PITA to change. My suggestion is that you head on over to https://themes.wordpress.net, and have a look through all of the lovely themes there – bound to be something similar color-and-layout-wise that you can far more easily customize than starting from scratch with kubrick.

Did you check that you have set folder and file permissions correctly?

If you have to modify a theme – choose another one. As V said Kubrick is a real pain…

but when i change any files it just doesnt work.

What do you mean by this? You edit files in the theme editor, but you don’t see the changes?
