help please

  • I am having trouble sending to some email addresses. I downloaded your plugin and configures as such for a M365 email address.

    SMTP Host: smtp.office356.com
    Type of Encryption: StartTLS
    SMTP Port: 587
    SMTP Auth is on (yes)
    SMTP Username is set to an active M365 email address

    the test emails do not deliver.

    the test emails do not deliver.

    Did you check the spam box in your email client? Or did you receive an error message when you clicked on Send Test Email button?
