    When someone submits a payment I never receive the payment in my Authorize.net account and the money never comes out of the customers’ bank account. I don’t get any error when submitting a payment. What could be wrong?

    Hello. There are only a couple of possible issues that could cause what you are describing. From the WP Admin, go to WooCommerce -> Settings -> Payments. Then click on the Manage link next to Authorize.Net CIM. Check the following:

    1) Make sure the “Enable Sandbox” is unchecked. I doubt this is the issue because it would probably cause an error if a real card number was entered in sandbox mode.

    2) Make sure the values in the API Login ID and Transaction Key fields match exactly to those in your Authorize.Net account. To find them in your Authorize.Net account, log in and go to “Account” on the top menu and then look for the link.
