Help: Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '}'

I recently tried to paste some code in my fucntions php so that my blog could show related posts without a plugin.

It didn’t work but luckily I copied the origional code and when I pasted it back in to the functions php, this is the message I got: syntax error, unexpected ‘}’ on line 29. I know nothing about code so I have no idea what’s going on. Here is the code.
