Help optimizing a wordpress site

    Can somebody check my wordpress site, i always get crashes because of high load when i check with ssh top -c d2 -u username i just see ajax-php and index to have be on top.

    My plugins are just Akismet Contact Form 7 Nextend Facebook Connect Simple Local Avatars Theme My Login Watermark My Image WP-PostViews WP Super Cache Yet im getting this For the queries 59 queries. 0.360 seconds

    I post my videos and descriptions using custom fields.

    How can i reduce the load from mysql? Do i need to take out the share buttons with permalink code that are adding up to the query numbers?
