Help: On the search for a theme that can…

Sorry for the mass post, but I’ve been searching high and low for a theme that accomplish the following:

– Free (not that much to buy, some of these themes are like $300)
– simple look
– custom header pic/logo
– custom background
– I want each post to have excerpts then users have to click ‘continue reading’ – I hate when it just shows the whole post
– featured pictured option for each post
– The ability to sticky a post making it a bigger headline with picture and set itself apart from regular posts
– two columns ability

That’s pretty much it. I know Fresh & Clean for wordpress.com almost does the trick, but Fresh & Clean for www.remarpro.com is different and doesn’t work the same.

Anyone have an ideas?
