Help on Multiple Customer Pages on Same WordPress Blog

Can I set up multiple pages on a single instance of WordPress such that each customer can have a separate “news page” where I post their press releases, add a logo, install a Twitter feed and contact form? I may add up to 100 of these customers as sub-pages, then hope I can aggregate their individual page postings (press releases) to the parent-level page for the blog so that all postings are visible by most recent to last. I was told I could do this by creating different categories for each customer. Any ideas?? All help appreciated!
