HELP: number of likes&shares in SumoMe disappear after changing the URL?

    After I changed the url of my article, all numbers of shares and likes from kk star rating disappeared. With original url, I reached 2000 shares and 500 likes for example and when I changed the URL, I got to 0 shares & 0 likes..

    Any idea how to get the original numbers back?
