Help! Not live chat

  • I love the look and feel of ChatBro, but it isn’t updating live. That is, when I type something in and press “return”, it vanishes, and I have to reload the page to see it. I’m pretty sure this isn’t the way it’s supposed to work, but I don’t know very much about how to try to fix it. I’ve tested it in Firefox, Chrome, and IE, and it’s the same in all three; I even tried logging on as a non-admin and it did the same thing. Help?

    No. But it is only on my computer, so I’ve installed the widget for my users. If you have any thoughts about why it would not work on my computer and only my computer, I’d be very grateful. I’ve updated Java and all my browsers and I can’t think what else to do.
