HELP No VAT display in basket, command nor invoice

    Hello there,

    I have a serious problem that I can’t solve.
    The VAT price (TVA in French) is not displayed in the basket, command, and invoices. (For info I use the plugin PDF Invoices & Packing Slips for WooCommerce)

    I check the hitbox for TVA count in WooCommerce setting, I set the rule of the standard VAT, I did mention the product is taxable… But nothing…

    A costumer just told me the VAT wasn’t on invoices… So it’s not good at all. It feels not serious for my business ?? ??

    Can someone please help me ? Do I have a line to write in functions.php ? My skills are not very good sorry…

    If I understand you correctly, the VAT is not being added to the final price of your products in the cart, right?

    In your example, the product price is 7.40 ? and your Standard Tax Rate is 20% for France. However, the final cart price is still 7.40 ?.

    I replicated your setup on my test site and I was able to reproduce the issue. Hence, I suggest removing FR for the State Code under WooCommerce > Settings > Tax > Standard Rates.

    Notice, that the price changed from 7.40 ? to 8.88 ? including the 20% VAT.

    Does this point you in the right direction or am I missing something on your issue here?

    OMG You helped me a lot ! I just put a “*” on taxes code, and it works, BUT there is still a little problem.

    The TVA is written right now, but it counts the colissimo shipment too.

    If you look in my new screenshot the Colissimo should be at 6,71 not 8,05.

    I tried to look in the colissimo settings but nothing there.

    Would you know how to resolve this ?

    I’m sorry I’ve found it ! That was I unfilled the box on TVA Standard Option option
