HELP: NO option to block users in Extra Settings

    I am on the Pro Version 1.2.3, purchased just a tiny bit earlier than 12 months ago, so can’t upgrade unless I can get my client to spend the money. In any event, my version should have option to unblock registered users in Extra settings. I can see in the Admin users list that they are unblocked, and can block there, if need be, page by page (31 pages). Thankfully I only need to block 6 names, but it seems I am missing the Extra Settings option. The changelog indicated it was there, but I may be wrong. Please advise, thank you.

    I can’t get my client to spend the money. They are a non-profit organization, so tight on funds. Thank you for the information, I’ll keep an eye on the admin user panel for blocking. Thank you for your reply. Hope you have a great day and stay well! ??
