Help! No comments showing up on new posts.

Full disclosure right away: I am a total beginner and have little grasp on the wordpress jargon. I am prepared to list the templates I have in my Theme editor and paste what I have to pastebin.

I am using BadgeOS with the Divi theme. All was well-and-good until I started creating new badge quests and the comment box all of a sudden disappeared. The box is available for all quests that were “installed” by the BadgeOS plugin, however whenever I make a new one there is no comment box.

So what do I do? I’m at a loss.
