Help new user find Primary Notificaton info

I have inherited responsibility for a club web site and the originator is not available. I am trying to change the email address that the Contact form is sent to, but I can’t find out where this is located. A 3 year old post says to go to the Primary Notification receiver profile, but I can’t find where this is. Please help. Thanks.
