New post emails not being sent to public subscribers

  • Talked with hosting company they say no throttles are on.

    Installed Subscribe2 and the only email going out on new Post was to the administrator (me).

    Installed plug-in Email Log and the only email that are going out are “Please moderate” “New User Registration” and “Your username and password”.
