Help needed with theme intergrated into static html site

Hi

I’m having a little problem with a site i’m working on. I’ve got a blog on the site using wordpress and inove theme. recently i wrapped the wordpress blog inside of the normal static html i used for the rest of the site so as to keep the design consistant. It worked great , except crossbrowser problems. Anyway i have been using the auto meta tags plugin to automatically generate meta tags when i post. The auto meta tags plugin is still working since the intergration but the meta tags appear inside the themes header, which is now in the body tags on the static html. The static html pages meta tags stay the same no matter what page i’m on.

The auto meta tags plugin uses php code to call and get the posts meta tags. How do i get the auto meta tags to appear inside the static html and not inside the blog pages.
